SHIPPING POLICY

HOW MUCH IS MY SHIPPING COST?: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and based on your location.

WHEN MY ORDER BE FULFILLED?: Our team asks for 1-7 business days to fulfill packages (holidays excluded). You will receive an email confirming your tracking number. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?: Once you receive your email with shipping update and your tracking information, please allow 1-10 business days for delivery. Please note that package are subject to carrier delays that is out of our control.

MY PACKAGE SAYS "DELIVERED", CAN YOU HELP?: We are sorry to hear that! The package may be marked as "delivered" by the carrier prior to arriving at your address. Please allow 24 hours following the delivery confirmation, you may follow the following steps if your package is still not located:

1. Contact your local post carrier and/or speak with your local postal worker.

2. Make sure your designated mail area is secure and leave a note to request to request that your packages are not left unattended.

3. Reach out to your neighbors to ensure they did not receive your package by mistake.

  • If the above steps do not work out, please contact your local post carrier to file a claim and provide our customer care team with the claim number you are provided.
WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT CONTAIN A "DELIVERED" STATUS BY YOUR LOCAL POST CARRIER. PLEASE PROVIDE A SECURE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
